Carly is a registered dietitian nutritionist in the southeastern Massachusetts area specializing in weight management and wellness. Carly completed her supervised clinical hours with Sodexo Dietetic Internships at their New Bedford Campus with a concentration in weight management. During that time she also obtained her Master’s degree in applied nutrition from Northeastern University with a concentration in obesity and weight management. Carly doesn’t believe in diets and likes to encourage her clients to develop sustainable lifestyle changes that work for them. She feels strongly that one size does not fit all when it comes to weight loss and uses a personalized approach for every client to help them set realistic goals to conquer each week.

Courtney is a Registered Dietitian in Southern New Hampshire who is devoted to teaching, providing accountability and supporting individuals throughout their wellness journey. She understands the importance of overall lifestyle change in achieving health goals and as such, incorporates all aspects of an individual’s life into her counseling. Courtney completed the Sodexo Dietetic Internship with a concentration in weight management, and believes that sleep, stress, physical activity, food quality and food quantity are all important factors in achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She has experience with the low FODMAP diet, surgical weight loss counseling, gastroparesis, and emotional eating counseling. Courtney champions the philosophy that creating small, realistic wellness goals will result in gradual, sustainable behavior changes.
Rory is a Registered Dietitian in the Boston area who focuses on a holistic approach to weight management and health goals. She believes in a wellness plan that focuses on a combination of whole grains, legumes, vegetables, lean meat, fruits, nuts, seeds, herbs with limited processed food in addition to moderate physical activity. Rory completed the University of Maryland Dietetic Internship where she focused on community nutrition programs. Here, she was able to educate groups from all different socioeconomic backgrounds on the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She also found the importance of the ‘eating in moderation’ philosophy and how to achieve weight loss goals by a ‘no diet’ approach.
