Welcome to our challenge!
Research shows that in addition to moderate/vigorous exercise, our bodies also need regular movement to lose/maintain weight and increase longevity. This is why for the month of April, we’re challenging you (and ourselves) to GET MOVING! Let’s aim for 10,000 steps per day. If 10,000 isn’t enough (or maybe it’s too much), let’s aim for 20% more than your baseline. Every little bit counts. Let this nudge you into more regular physical activity. If you can get outside, even better!
You’ll be given a log to track your progress and as always, we’re here to keep you accountable. You can either sign up for 4 weekly 15-minute check-ins for $60, or you can do the challenge on your own for $25. If you choose to do the challenge on your own, you will still receive the tracker.
This challenge runs for the month of April – starting April 5 and ending April 30.
