Apple Cinnamon Quinoa Breakfast

  • 1/2 cup quinoa
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 2 ea apples large
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  1. Peel and core both apples. Chop into bite-sized pieces

  2. Add quinoa, almond milk and apples to a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce to simmer for 20-25 minutes. 

  3. Stir in cinnamon and vanilla and transfer mixture to two bowls. Enjoy!
