Cook beef over medium heat. Add taco seasoning and let simmer.
Lay out lavash wrap. Add cheese to the center, then beef, lettuce, salsa and Greek yogurt.
Fold in the sides starting from the bottom and working your way around. The wrap will resemble a hexagon
Spray each side lightly with cooking spray then place on a hot skillet. Brown each side over medium heat and enjoy.
