Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl combine the flour and baking powder. Stir to combine.
Add in Greek yogurt and mix until well incorporated into the flour. You may need to remove from the bowl and knead for 1-2 minutes until well combined.
Form the dough into a ball and divide into six pieces. Roll each piece into a 6-8" rope; pinch the ends together to form a bagel shape and place on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining pieces.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the egg and water. Brush tops of each bagel with egg mixture and sprinkle with the seasoning mix.
Bake for 15 minutes and transfer to a cooling rack.
