A delicious combination of ground turkey and flavors and spices for a quick and easy dinner option.
Preheat a skillet over medium/high heat. Add the oil, bell peppers and a pinch of salt. Cook for 3-5 minutes until peppers are tender.
Add the ground turkey, salt, garlic powder, cumin and chili powder. Cook for 5-7 minutes until turkey is cooked through.
Add salsa, corn and beans and heat through.
Sprinkle cheese on top and allow to melt.
Serve topped with sliced avocado, cilantro, or lime
