This frozen yogurt bark is a great after school treat. The Greek yogurt provides more protein than ice cream but has a similar creamy consistency. The berries, nuts and chia seeds pack in even more nutrition.
In a bowl, mix together the yogurt and honey. Line a baking pan with tin foil or parchment paper. Spread mixture evenly inside the baking pan. Top with berries, chia seeds and almonds. Freeze for 4 hours. Remove from the baking pan and chop with a sharp knife. Store in freezer
