Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a bowl combine ground chicken, egg, garlic, italian seasoning and 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, mix together and form 9 meatballs .
Place meatballs in baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with marinara, then spoon dollops of ricotta on top of meatballs.
Top with mozzarella and salt, pepper and oregano to taste.
Bake in the oven for 35-45 minutes or until meatballs are fully cooked.
