Carly Walker, MS, RD, LDN, CPT

Carly is a registered dietitian nutritionist in the Southeastern Massachusetts area specializing in weight management and wellness. Carly completed her supervised clinical hours with Sodexo Dietetic Internships at their New Bedford Campus with a concentration in weight management. During that time she also obtained her Master’s degree in applied nutrition from Northeastern University with a concentration in obesity and weight management. She received her personal training certificate from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Carly doesn’t believe in diets and likes to encourage her clients to develop sustainable lifestyle changes that work for them. She feels strongly that one size does not fit all when it comes to weight loss and uses a personalized approach for every client to help them set realistic goals to conquer each week.
Courtney Costello, RD, LDN
Dietitian – Owner
Courtney is a Registered Dietitian in Southern New Hampshire who is devoted to teaching, providing accountability, and supporting individuals throughout their wellness journey. She understands the importance of overall lifestyle change in achieving health goals and as such, incorporates all aspects of an individual’s life into her counseling. Courtney completed the Sodexo Dietetic Internship with a concentration in weight management and believes that sleep, stress, physical activity, food quality, and food quantity are all important factors in achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She has experience with the low FODMAP diet, surgical weight-loss counseling, gastroparesis, and emotional eating counseling. Courtney champions the philosophy that creating small, realistic wellness goals will result in gradual, sustainable behavior changes.
Alexa Siminsky, RD, LDN
Dietitian
Alexa is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist in Providence, Rhode Island. She enjoys helping her clients make realistic changes that they can incorporate into their lifestyle. She chose to pursue a career in nutrition to be a reliable source for those seeking guidance on their nutritional health. She graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and completed her dietetic internship with Priority Nutrition Care. She has experience with weight management, diabetes, surgical weight loss, disordered eating, and various gastrointestinal disorders. Alexa loves to share her nutrition knowledge with her clients to effectively achieve their goals!
Kate Bauer, RD, LDN
Dietitian
Originally from New England, Kate began her career in the non-profit sector in Santa Barbara, California. As the Development Director of the Santa Barbara High School Education Foundation, she worked with parents and educators to fund programs, including the first of its kind student-run mobile café providing healthy food options to students. Kate then decided to pursue a career in science and nutrition and returned to New England settling in Boston where she completed both the DPD program and Dietetic Internship at Simmons College and has been managing clinical trials for medical practices, nutrition, and pharmaceutical companies.
Kate believes in a personalized approach and that incorporating small, realistic changes is the key to accomplishing one’s goals. As a non-diet dietitian, Kate takes an integrative and functional approach to counsel her clients, taking the whole person into account. She has experience in family planning and maternal nutrition, GI health, weight management, and diabetes counseling.
Chelsea Keaton, MS, RD, LDN
Dietitian
Chelsea is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist based out of New Hampshire. She completed her undergraduate degree in 2010 from the University of New Hampshire with a focus on Nutritional Sciences and her Master’s of Science in Healthcare Administration in 2016 from Southern New Hampshire University. After undergraduate school, she moved to Chicago and completed her dietetic internship at Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital. During her tenure at the VA, Chelsea focused on individualizing nutrition education and counseling for the Veteran population. She taught many classes including diabetes management, weight management, heart health, and cooking classes.
Chelsea appreciates the link between nutrition and exercise in building a healthy lifestyle. She received her personal training certificate through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in 2020. Chelsea moved back to New England in 2018 after almost seven years in the Midwest and is excited to improve the health of those individuals within her home state of New Hampshire. Chelsea believes in building a partnership with her clients to help them meet and maintain their optimal overall health.
Amanda Fyotek, MS, RD, LDN
Dietitian
Amanda is a Registered Dietitian in Southeast Massachusetts with a love for food and wellness. Originally from Florida, Amanda’s first career was as an Event Manager where she found her passion for helping people. Driven by this and loving all things food, nutrition seemed like the natural next journey. She went back to school for her B.S in Nutrition and Dietetics and then relocated to Massachusetts to complete the Boston region Sodexo Dietetic Internship with a concentration in wellness. She is currently finishing her Master’s in Dietetics with a focus on medical nutrition therapy and research. She has experience working with wellness counseling, mindful eating, cooking classes, diabetes management, heart health, and oncology. Amanda is excited to partner with you in making small, realistic changes to meet your wellness goals.
